Hello,

Attached is a revised policy for cell phone use. With the increasing use of Zoom and other videoconferencing technologies we are making it very clear staff are not to be on these types of calls while driving. This is a major safety concern and we want you and anyone in the vehicle with you to arrive safely to your destination. This policy applies to both agency owned and personal vehicles.

Safety ambassadors, please review the entire policy with all staff, provide them with a copy and have them sign the attached training form. Please complete this by April 30, 2021.
