Volunteers of America broke ground on a multi-million dollar facility that will expand and renovate the old Planned Parenthood headquarters on 2nd street.
It'll serve as a bigger recovery facility for pregnant and parenting women dealing with addiction.
Right now the current Freedom House deals with a lengthy wait list.
