Recovery Community Center
A supportive and welcoming setting for people to grow and sustain recovery
VOA's Recovery Community Center is a place where people can meet, gather, and engage in fellowship. This process allows community members to strengthen their recovery in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental setting.
Purpose
Our purpose is to reduce stigma and to assist in developing meaningful, supportive relationships among persons in long-term recovery. In this effort, we rely upon assistance and cooperation from the entire community. We focus on Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS).
Resources
A community resource for education, connections, support and socialization for those in recovery and their family and friends.
Goals
To remove barriers and provide support and resources to those and who seek to achieve and sustain long-term recovery.
